Transportation

Efficient transportation will be provided for all accredited participants throughout the event. This includes airport transfers, daily shuttle services, and information on available routes and parking. Airport transfers

Chaperones with clear 2026 FISU World University Championship Rugby Sevens signage will meet incoming flights at Cape Town International Airport, and lead them and luggage to awaiting, accredited bus and mini-bus transport directly to accommodations.

Dedicated transport will be provided for guests and officials.

At the close of the competition, Players, officials and guests will be collected at their accommodations and returned to Cape Town International Airport for their return flight.
This service will be tailored to provided itineraries.

Shuttle service details

Dedicated shuttle services will run throughot the competition week between the accommodations and the competition grounds.

Details will be provided via the event communications platforms.

Route

Shuttles will take the shortest and safest routes to and from the accommodations to the competition grounds.
